Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
room unreadiness long wait
The location was convenient.
The room was not ready when I arrived for a conference at 3:45 pm. I had to wait in the waiting room. My flight from the Yukon landed earlier but this was not a good start.

old vending machine non dispensing drink
the room was clean. that was acceptable.
i was annoyed because the vending machine did not dispense my drink. the machines look old. i expect a working machine for the price i paid.

fantastic stay!
efficient parking comfy beds central location
I loved how efficient the valet parking was. The reception also gave me my room before the official check-in. i found the big beds really comfy. the location is amazing because it is very central.
the ice machine on my floor was out of service.

the hotel location is superb, and it's near coal harbour. walking is easy from here. the area feels safe and clean because many hotels are around, totally awesome.

harbour whispers
genuine care amazing view serene escape
the staff did show such kindness, every interaction seemed to glow with genuine care. our room, a coast premium king room view, was amazing, it had a view that drew me in and never let me go. i even found the outdoor hot tub offered a serene escape after a day filled with city explorations.
the elevators, while efficient, had a humming i could not block completely.

the reception staff were really helpful providing directions, and answering inquiries i had. concierge service was also quick and efficient assisting with luggage and offering recommendations for places nearby. i did feel cared for.

helpful staff good food hotel location room delay inadequate compensation small voucher
the restaurant offered good food and variety. the staff were helpful. the hotel location was great. it was close to the waterfront and downtown.
I booked with family at 3pm. one room was ready and the other was not. four of us had to use one room and bathroom for over two hours. This was an inconvenience. i was offered a two-person voucher for breakfast, but it should have been for four.

clean room spacious room water temperature dismissive staff
the room was very clean and quite spacious. i liked the location a lot (close to many activities).
i had issues with the shower water temperature. it never really got hot, only lukewarm and the front desk staff did not address it well.
