genuine careamazing viewserene escape
the staff did show such kindness, every interaction seemed to glow with genuine care. our room, a coast premium king room view, was amazing, it had a view that drew me in and never let me go. i even found the outdoor hot tub offered a serene escape after a day filled with city explorations.

the reception staff were really helpful providing directions, and answering inquiries i had. concierge service was also quick and efficient assisting with luggage and offering recommendations for places nearby. i did feel cared for.

the restaurant offered good food and variety. the staff were helpful. the hotel location was great. it was close to the waterfront and downtown.
I booked with family at 3pm. one room was ready and the other was not. four of us had to use one room and bathroom for over two hours. This was an inconvenience. i was offered a two-person voucher for breakfast, but it should have been for four.

the room was very clean and quite spacious. i liked the location a lot (close to many activities).
i had issues with the shower water temperature. it never really got hot, only lukewarm and the front desk staff did not address it well.
